A long, long time ago, just as this blog was beginning, one of my followers asked about canning tips.  Since I just got possession of a kitchen of my own a few months ago, I haven’t had much experience (aside from my internship last summer).  But today, I got this article in my inbox and found it interesting.  So here’s to you, canners of the blogging world!
