So so good… until you check your scale. And wallet.

I really love pumpkin spice lattes. I mean, they’re kinda sickening after about 8 oz, but they just scream Fall so loud.  And they’re really really really bad for you.  Like worse than a fast food hamburger bad.

What to do, what to do?

Black coffee, 2 pumps of pumpkin syrup and a dusting of cinnamon.  A splash of skim milk, if that’s how you roll (you can even steam it if you’re really fancy).  Only 50 cents more than plain coffee and only 60 calories.  And so very, very satisfying.

Coffee with just a dusting of cinnamon is great too!
