It’s hot out. Reaaaaally hot. And I have no A/C to speak of. But I am lucky enough to have a shaded balcony. So, today, I sat outside accompanied by classical music (Pride and Prejudice Pandora station) and a light breeze until my computer died, blogging away. I also connected my twitter account (@foodsciencenerd)– follow me! Whenever I got tired of looking at my screen, I’d flip through one of my new-to-me cookbooks from the Brookline Booksmith‘s used section. I also accidentally discovered that green apple (as well as the usual- homemade whole wheat baguette) goes really well with romano cheese, and that seltzer is so much classier sipped out of a wine glass.Now to go make dinner in my steamy hot kitchen!
